All services will need to be scheduled ahead of time except for On-demand Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) and Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI). If interested in using the on-demand and/or OPI service options, please contact us to open an account for your use.

Quotes are available on request and must be approved in writing (e.g. email reply) before we can start looking for an interpreter/captioner. Short notice/emergency requests less than 3 business days notice are subjected to a higher fee and are based on availability basis.

Booking Details

Remote interpreter/captioner will typically join the session 5-10 minutes (non-billable) prior to the start of the session. If you'd like the interpreter/captioner to join earlier to allow for more time to do tech check before starting the session, please adjust your requested start time in 15-minutes increments as billable (e.g. join at 09:45 AM, session starts at 10:00 AM).
Interpreter/captioner will strive to stay on if the event runs longer than the scheduled end time, however it is not guaranteed. If there's any overtime, this would be charged in specified increments as per Terms and Conditions on the quote, which would be emailed to you for approval.
