Who We Work With

Maple work with professional sign language interpreters who are members of the Canadian Association of Sign Language Interpreters (CASLI), a professional association in Canada, and members of Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), a professional association in the United States. All interpreters are bound by the code of conduct covering confidentiality, ethics, neutrality, professionalism, and dispute resolution. Deaf Interpreters (DI) are available to assist deaf individuals who have limited language acquisition, are foreigners, or possess a unique dialect of a regional sign language.

Where in-person interpretation is unavailable, our Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services, which will allow you to make scheduled or on-demand calls to reach interpreters anytime 24/7/365 by using a web-enabled device with webcam and high speed Internet.
